Minutes of the Hykeham Planning Committee meeting 02.21 held at the Civic Offices, Fen Lane on Tuesday 25th May 2021 at 7.00pm

It was RESOLVED to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given from Cllrs Sellars and Jackling
2.2 Receipt of any Declaration of Members’ Interests under the Localism Act 2011

2.3 Notes of the Committee meeting held on 11th May 2021 be approved as a true record of Minutes
It was RESOLVED to accept the Notes of the Hykeham Planning Committee meeting held on 11th May 2021 as a true record of Minutes.

21/0651 Unit 3B Hillcroft Business Park, Whisby Road – Change of use to food takeaway (Sui Generis), food production (B2) and storage and distribution (B8)
It was RESOLVED that the Committee had no objections to this application
21/0534 13 Sunbeam Avenue – Application to vary condition 4 (Approved plans) re planning permission 20/0273/HOUS (Erection of a single storey rear extension and creation of first floor accommodation with roof lights). Remove 1st Floor accommodation, roof lights and change hip roof to flat roof on single storey rear extension.
It was RESOLVED that the Committee had no objections to this application
21/0659 7 Mill Moor Way – Proposed erection of single storey rear extension together with alterations to dwelling

It was RESOLVED that the Committee had no objections to this application, subject to any comments by the tree officer.

It was RESOLVED that the Committee had no objections to this application, subject to any comments by the tree officer.
21/0752/TPO 21 Caesar Road – T1 Silver birch – remove 3 x smaller branches growing off the main trunk resting on boundary fence and 2 overhanging neighbouring properties, reduce canopy over garden; T3 Silver Birch – fell; T3 Silver Birch – trunk has split off into two parts fairly low down, lop left hand trunk overhanging the neighbours garden, reduce canopy over garden.
It was RESOLVED that the Committee had no objections to this application, subject to any comments by the tree officer.

The Clerk had received information from NKDC regarding the review of Neighbourhood plans, and the Chairman asked that everyone read the Neighbourhood Plan and bring their thoughts regarding amendments or changes that they felt were necessary to the meeting in 4 weeks time.
