It was RESOLVED to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given from Cllrs Sellars, Jackling and Sampson

9.2 Receipt of any Declaration of Members’ Interests under the Localism Act 2011

9.3 Notes of the Committee meeting held on 17th August 2021 be approved as a true record of Minutes

It was RESOLVED to accept the Notes of the Hykeham Planning Committee meeting held on 17th August 2021 as a true record of Minutes.

Planning Applications:

21/1113 – Land at 314 Newark Road – Proposed two storey dwelling.

It was RESOLVED that the Committee had no objections to this application.

21/0540 – 15 Lincoln Road – Application to vary condition 7 (windows/rooflights), 9 (materials) and 13 (approved plans) attached to application 20/1469/FUL – Erection of 2no. 1.5 storey dwellings with associated vehicular access, parking and landscaping.

It was RESOLVED that the Committee had no objections to this application

21/1098 1 Blackthorn Court, SH – Two storey side extension and addition of car port

It was RESOLVED that the Committee had no objections to this application

21/0750 – 25 St Aidens Road – Proposed two storey rear extension – APPROVED

21/1018 – 17 Meadow Lane – Erection of garden room to rear elevation & extension to garage on side elevation – APPROVED

21/0727 – 21 Dore Avenue – Demolition of an existing conservatory and erection of a rear single storey extension – APPROVED

21/0901 – Cedar Croft, 30 Broadway – Proposed single storey rear extension and new front porch and rendering the whole house – Amended description of the proposed works to include rendering to the whole house – for information

21/0884 – Land at rear of 32 & 34 Station Road – Erection of 2no. detached dwellings with car parking, associated external works and alternative access via private drive onto Station Road – Plans submitted amending plot 1 to address concerns raised by the case officer in respect of impact upon neighbouring properties. Details of tree protection have also been submitted to address comments made by the Council’s Tree Officer – Amendments are for information only.
