SOUTH HYKEHAM PARISH COUNCIL
The September meeting of South Hykeham Parish Council will take place on Wednesday 14th September 2022 at 7.00 pm at South Hykeham Community Primary School, Wath Lane, S Hykeham
There will be a 15 minute public forum between 6.45pm and 7.00pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. If there are no members of the public present the Council meeting will commence promptly at 7.00pm.
AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence and to resolve to accept the reasons given.
2. To resolve to receive any declaration of Interests in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider member’s written dispensation requests.
a) To confirm all members of Council have reviewed and submitted their new DPI form to the Clerk as required by NKDC Monitoring Officer.
3. To receive County/District Councillors written reports.
4. To receive the Police report.
5.To resolve to adopt the clerk’s notes of the meeting of 13th July 2022 as the minutes of that meeting.
6. Finance.
a) To resolve to approve the payment of accounts for August/September 2022.
b) To consider opting in to the SAAA central external auditor appointment arrangements 2022/23 – 2026//27.
7. To confirm the purchase and installation of a new litterbin at the bus stop opposite Pennells.
8.Highways matters:-
a) Speed Indicator Device report from Cllr Roe.
b) Outstanding/new highways faults requiring urgent attention.
9. To consider the type of bus shelter to replace the current structure at Thorpe Lane, S Hykeham. Funded in part by the Highways s106 contribution from 13/1464/FUL and the balance from Parish Council funds.
10. 10 Year Strategy Working Party report from meeting of this evening.
a) Update on the arrangements for Nov 2022 Armistice Day Remembrance Service.
b) To consider the purchase and installation of a memorial planter at the site of the Memorial Bench.
11. Planning matters
a)To consider planning applications received and respond by deadline.
