SOUTH HYKEHAM PARISH COUNCIL
There will be a meeting of the Human Resources Management Committee which will take place on Tuesday 9th June 2026 6.30pm at South Hykeham Community Primary School, Wath Lane
AGENDA
1. Apologies for absence and reasons given.
2. To receive any declaration of Interests in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider member’s written dispensation requests.
3. Election of Chairman of Human Resources Management Committee (HRM).
4. Election of Vice Chairman of Human Resources Management Committee.
5. To consider the adoption of the revised Terms of Reference of HRM Committee.
6. To resolve whether the Council will move into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to meetings) Act 1960.
7. Staffing matters.
a) Clerks annual appraisal.
b) Training needs identified.
c) 11. NJC Pay Award update.
d) To consider recommendation to the Parish Council of a full review of the Clerk’s pay scale in line with her terms and conditions of employment.
8. To consider the terms and conditions for the appointment of an Assistant Clerk.
i) To recommend to F & GP Committee that the job description and associated costings should be approved.
ii) to recommend to F & GP Committee that the draft contract of employment and associated costings should be approved.
