PUBLIC NOTICE
LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(SOUTH HYKEHAM – BOUNDARY LANE)
(40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 20
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to extend the existing 40mph speed limit by approximately 130 metres.
A copy of the proposed Order and a plan showing the lengths of road concerned with a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the address given below and the offices of North Kesteven District Council, during normal office hours.
