SOUTH HYKEHAM PARISH COUNCIL
There will be a meeting of South Hykeham Parish Council’s Finance and General Purposes Committee which will take place on Tuesday 10th March 2026 7pm at South Hykeham Community Primary School, Wath Lane.
AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence and to resolve to accept the reason for absence.
2. To resolve to receive any declaration of Interests in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider member’s written dispensation requests.
3. Finance
a) To consider proposals for additional staffing costsand equipment required for 6 hour per week assistant clerk post.
b)To consider possible expenditure associated with the revision of the Neighbourhood Plan.
4. AGAR 2025/2026 considerations.
5. Bus shelter application.
6. Matters for consideration in relation to the presentation by the developers of the next phase of the Hykeham Bypass.

9.To consider moving into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to meetings) Act 1960 as amended by section 100 of the Local Government Act 1972 for confidential items.
