Annual Parish Meeting 2019
The Annual Parish Meeting will take place at South Hykeham Village Hall on Wednesday 3rd April 2019 commencing at 6.30pm.
The Parish Council would like to invite a representative of your organisation to present a report to the meeting about your group’s activities and achievements during 2018/2019. We would ask that your report be no longer than 3 minutes and if you would like to produce printed copies for those present to take away that is permissible.
I hope that your organisation will be represented at the meeting.
